I showed the receipt and finally received my biscuit. After this whole ordeal I realized they didn’t give me all of my drinks. This is the second time in less than 30 days they have done this…. Everyone in this building needs to be trained or replaced… unprofessional….

Just for the food to be cold and our order to be missing sauces we were charged for.

It's never fresh and/or they've run out of something. They were out of slaw last time I ordered, and the time before that they ran out of wings! I feel as if the chicken recipe has changed too. It's no longer spicy. I remember when you bit into the meat you'd see orange from the spices, but I have not seen that at all at this Bojangles either. I also HATE that the drive thru is now computerized - that got my order wrong last time too. I'm highly disappointed and so bummed that it's so terrible!

It was bad enough that a female employee walked in from her truck outside and walked straight to the drink machine near the window, where she proceeded to text (or whatever) on her phone....point being she did not wash her hands before being in the area of my food. Then when I told the older black male employee that she needed to go wash her hands before she touched anything back there....she caught an attitude, as if I was wrong for being concerned. Then we were waiting for our $50+ order so I went inside, where there were others waiting on their orders...there was another lady standing there who said the same thing about having watched the same female employee walk in and not go wash her hands. The manager on duty came to assure me that he made my food and not her (which I knew because I saw her when she arrived outside)....it is still a sanitary issue, then again, the floor behind the counter was a horrible mess, as was the area where the food is behind the glass. Needless to say that our order was still incorrect. How can you mess up the 2 plain biscuits that my granddaughter wanted. Dang...do better for the next customer because for sure...it won't be me.
