  This by far is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever visited. The staff are BEYOND rude. We went tonight, ordered our food, and when it was time to pay the two cars in front of me stopped at the pay window, never payed, and drove to the pick up window. When I got to the pay window there was no one there and the screen on the counter was off, which led me to think maybe they were short staffed and were doing everything at the next window. When I got up there the girl opens the window and screams at me asking if I payed. I told her no and explained why and she slammed the window shut in my face. She proceeded to come back, tell me my total and slam the window in my face again when I gave her my card. When she brought my card back she said " for the record and future reference the other window is where you are supposed to pay". I said "I am aware of that but there was no one there to accept payment from me or the two cars in front of me". She rolled her eyes and handed me my bags. I went to ask her for extra ranch anx as soon as I said " may I please" she cut me off and said " im getting your drinks". I said "okay thats fine but I was actually going to ask for ranch". At this point the manager steps in her place and says in a smart mouth tone " I already put ranch in your bag". I replied "yes im trying to ask for extra we have a 20 piece and fries". She told me they could only give so much and I said "that's fine I can pay for it" and while I was saying it she grabbed some up and said "here" and handed it to me. I told her she didnt need to be rude or the other girl. She said that the other girl was new, and I replied that it didnt matter, new or not respect is respect. She looked at the other girl and said " do you need a minute I know people like this are a lot" as if it was my fault that there was no one to take my payment which caused confusion. This isnt my first experience with rude service at this location but I know for sure tonight will be my last.

  Had to take back my food because I was given the wrong items and it was not busy by any means. When I returned the item they argued that the item was what I ordered. Thank you to the tall gentleman that was working the front for being patient and helpful.

  Just went in to try the iced coffee(caramel) and it was smooth, sweet, and COFFEE...best of all the cashier said all sizes were $2(I guess limited time special)...tasted just as good as s-buck's and waaay more a bargain! Best of all, the whole staff I interacted with were super polite and wished me a Blessed day (some other places need to take note).. Also it was clean and had nice decor...when I'm out that way again, I'll definitely be back!

  For two gravy biscuits two hash browns and a large Dr pepper I was charged $15 and something it was gross the gravy biscuits were soggy and cold and the hash browns were greasy it was disgusting I'd like my money back if I'm honest. Ridiculous.
