- JMJewel MuellerAug 8, 20262.0Food is great but the long wait times are ridiculous and if you order it to go they never have it ready when you get there they don't start it until you arrive so remember that if you're in a hurry because they sure don't get in a hurry even if you're the only one there. The Granitefalls location is better as far as service and speed goes but the food it's same at both locations.

Waited in lobby ten minutes, one person washing tables in dining area(not a sole in the place) one person in kitchen area. Reckon rest of crew was on break together, 3 people came from somewhere in the back. Still waiting 8 minutes passed, while crew in sight behind counter. I'll be driving into Hickory instead of visiting this one.

- TMTiffany MooreApr 1, 20261.0Not only did they forget my sausage in my bowl, but when I get there to get a replacement because my food's cold not only that they gave me old food my bow rounds were Brown, my egg is brown and burned, and there's no sausage. So I get there for a replacement, the morning manager just gets a sausage patty and puts it in a to-go container instead of remaking the order. She even looked at the food and I know she noticed how old it was. So I get back in line to get a bow Berry biscuit, and they told me it'll be a 3 minute wait. I don't mind waiting specially for fresh, but after they get done and she sets it on the counter she doesn't say anything and there are four other to go orders standing there so how was I supposed to know what that was? So I walk over there to ask, and she's already walked away. At this point I just yelled back there, "are these by bo berry biscuits?" At a certain point I was going to ask if they were hiring and they needed help, but after how rude and short they were I wouldn't even want to work with them.
