I ordered large potato and gravy and pinto to go. No thank you. She gave me my order without speaking. When I got to the car, I realized she gave me brown gravy. I went in and asked if they no longer had the white gravy. She said yes but you have to ask for it. I didn't know there were options. I said I want white gravy. She got it for me. Again, not speaking. Who trains and supervises these employees? I frequent Bojangles in North Wilkesboro. Maybe it should be a training store. They do a great job. It takes little effort to speak and smile. Taylorsville needs work. I visited at lunch time 7/29. Thank you
