  I haven't ordered here in a while (June or July 2025 last time I ordered). This is my first time this year 2026. So I decided to order today. In the past I would order the large 3 topping pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon with extra marinara sauce. The bacon would always be lacking and one time I was told the bacon was a garnish! Maybe that person was joking but I did not find it funny going back and forth to get my order right. Today I ordered a large 3 topping pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms with extra marinara sauce. The pizza was over cooked and so dry we could not eat it. It spoiled our lunch! I don't understand why can't this Pizza Hut get it right? No one was in the drive-thru and it did not appear to be busy. As a paying customer all I want is for my food to be fixed like what I payed for. Is that asking too much?

  Last time I eat at this place. Always act rude at the drive thru, can't make a pizza right to save their lives, then they skimp you with the replacement by making your crust 2-3 inches deep on a large pizza (after already having to wait while your other one gets cold). Then you find out on the one you thought they got right that they threw garlic on your crust that you specifically checked off when you ordered. How hard is it to read a receipt? You can't get no good service anywhere anymore anyways. Terrible service in a terrible town by terrible people.

  I've gotten deliver 6 times this year so far and 4 of the 6 times my order has been messed up. I pet a plain pepperoni pizza and it came back once with saauge twice with hame and once with olives. How hard is it to follow simple instructions.
