  It took them 57 minutes to complete my order. That is completely unacceptable for “fast food”. We placed a mobile order, but they clearly ignored it or forgot about it. The entire crowded drive through line got their order several times before ours was filled. We only ordered like $30 worth of food. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe the experience we had. I’ve been to this location twice and both times the wait was just downright absurd.

  This location is my favorite between Cherokee and sylva only because of how well they push out the orders at night and on the buddy weekend nights. I door dash and the worst thing is to get some place and have to wait eons to get the food and go. THE WORST! do that's why I live this location in Sylva. Conveniently located on the main road through sylva. There's plenty of parking. London stays clean. Friendly staff. Overall I'm impressed. And I frequent a LOT of restaurants. Food is good too and they don't mess up orders.

  The food was cold. The chips were terrible. They had a bitter taste and were cooked next to something cinnamon.

  Tables were nasty today and food took forever and the cheese on the grilled cheese burritos wasn’t even melted and was missing some of the toppings even though they weren’t ordered special. This is the second bad experience in a row here lately.
