  The worst Pizza Hut I have ever been in their food is awful. Their customer service is awful. Was supposed to be delivery and I went to pick it up myself because it had been two hours and it was all burnt And disgusting second time in a row it has been awful

  Had a great experience Thursday night getting a large Supreme Pizza with hand tossed crust. It was picked up from the drive through. Check reviews Tuesday at Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and Domino. I didn’t want to order a pizza after reading the reviews. After wanting some so bad, it suddenly dawned on me that a lot of people only leave reviews if they have a bad experience. I really love the pizza. Share some with my health aide, had the additional slices individually wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in a plastic bag. I enjoy taking a couple of slices out and placed on a plate after removing the aluminum foil. Place the foil on a cookie sheet. Defrost the pizza a few minutes in the microwave, place the slices on the aluminum foil and warm in the oven about eight minutes. Return to the plate and enjoy. If you have a good experience, share it as well as the bad. Seems all businesses want feedback.

  This is not the 1st, 2nd, but the 3rd time!!!! I Order my delivery in the morning (10:00 am) while at work on break, for a delivery time between 5 and 5:30pm. I get the tracking thing saying all is good, and then next thing you know, I get an update (5 min after scheduled delivery time) that says it will be an hour later. So, I call the Swansboro store and they say (every time) “oh, my driver showed up late” or “we don’t get online orders until 1 hour before they are due”, “traffic is really bad” (which is my favorite by the way, Swansboro, NC… really?, this is not NYC, Raleigh Or Atlanta. “We are cutting your pie now and or it’s on its way, but the driver has two stops before yours”. What a crock, whoever is the owner/director of the Swansboro Pizza Hut, needs to: -resign -quit -fire all employees and start all over again with a new staff -change his/her career Strike 3 Swansboro Pizza Hut, your out!!!

  I ordered two medium pizzas, and after I paid, I noticed a sign advertising a combo deal. I asked the employee why it wasn’t offered to me, and he said he isn’t allowed to mention it unless the customer asks, or he could get in trouble. Because of that, I ended up paying $26.36 (+ tax) for two medium pizzas, when I could have paid $21.99 (+tax) for a combo that included two medium pizzas, breadsticks, and a dessert. That doesn’t feel like good customer service. Customers shouldn’t have to know to ask in order to get a better deal.
