  Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza. It has no steak.. 2 pieces that looked like crumbs. Maybe a few pieces. Of bell pepper.. very disappointed. The excuse was we had a bit of a rush.. SMH

  Me and my family came to pick up an order a couple nights ago and the pizza was crap tasted like dominos.. i couldn’t believe it as how much we eat papa johns daily its a joke tbh. The sauce was disgusting tasted sour and left a bad taste in my mouth. The bread was overcooked, barely any cheese on any of the pizzas. Even the meats on the pizzas tasted off. The energy is that store was off you could tell that there is something going on in the midst of things.. does a general manager even work here? Stay in the store and help run the store or more so just for show like most places. Cause these pizzas were just terrible in every way. Better ingredients, better pizza? Yeah what a joke this store should be reevaluated, retrained…

  I just watched a delivery driver put a bag of pizzas in the backseat of her car, with a dog in the back seat. I’m sorry but that’s a no for me, if I could rate 0 stars I would. I understand they deliver with door dash but that’s just not acceptable. EDIT: Your response is invalid, I did not place the door dash order, I was a customer that was about to come in and place an order. PAPA JOHNS CHOOSES to deliver with DoorDash instead of having their own delivery drivers, even if it was a door dash driver you should be ensuring that your orders are being handled properly. You could’ve handled this better by asking about more information on the driver so you could blacklist them from your store (which is very possible) and I could have change my review accordingly. you will also see I have many reviews, I only post a review if it is 1 star or 5 Star. Get help buddy I’ve contacted corporate. Thanks have a good night bud. Owner deleted their response. Must have gotten in trouble. So sad :( once you put something on the internet it’s there forever!

  Pizza showed up with NO cheese on it 😂. Still not entirely sure if it was my mistake or some kind of app glitch, but either way I called and spoke with Sammy. No questions asked, he immediately made it right and had a fresh pizza back at my door within 30 minutes. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Huge thanks to Sammy for handling the situation professionally and taking care of us so quickly. Definitely earned this 5-star review!
