  This store has gone down hill. Lastnight we ordered 3 mc chicken sandwiches, they had no mayo an 1 sliver of lettuce. My grandsons hamburger was hard an dark Then the 20 piece nuggets only came with 3 sauces I asked for 2 more an the lady with additude said I can only give 3. But you get 3 with a six piece nuggets. The manager was rude an it takes forever for someone to come to the front counter to get service, while everyone in the drive through an fry station just stands there an looks at you.

  Waited again this time and had to walk in for the 3rd time in a month and asked for a refund. Magically the food appeared, not hot, not fresh…. This place is terrible. The owner obviously looks at the P&L and the CS reviews. Trash service and trash food

  Sarah was great she so prompt and polite. We asked for our table to be wiped down She did great service, she stop what she was doing, delegated the task she was doing wipe and sanitize our tabel I thoight service was great. If she isn't the manger she should be.

  April 17, 2026 - I placed a mobile order for an Oreo McFlurry amongst other items. When I got to the pick up window I was lied to about them being out of Oreos, the same worker (Chyna/China) offered an M&M McFlurry instead. I elected to have the McFlurry taken off the order, but was told by the same worker that I would have to go inside to do so because they were short staffed. Once inside it took quite a bit of time for someone to notice and help me with the refund. Another worker mistakenly refunded the entire order, but did not tell us that it was the whole order, not just the McFlurry. I continued to wait for my food at the counter, all the while I can see the bag of food and happy meal sitting in the waiting area behind the counter and no one is acknowledging us waiting. After waiting at the counter and not being approached again for our food for almost 10 minutes, we got in the line and spoke with a third worker and explained the situation above, to which she said “we aren’t out of Oreos”. I give her the receipt and she begins inquiring why we were told they are out of Oreos and comes back to offer to get us one. At this point, we say we would just like the rest of our food and to go. As she is looking for the food, the second worker steps up and says “no he was refunded for the whole order” as if we had known that this whole time. I walked away without the food, drink, or McFlurry. All of this would have been avoided had the first worker possessed a molecule of professionalism.

  Will not visit this McDonald's again. Ordered my food, Number 9 (two cheeseburgers meal). Was told to park in spot 3. Card came and went. No food. Spoke with manager. Asked what spot. Informed her spot 3. Returned to vehicle waiting. No food. Went inside to ask. They had put my food at the cashier without bringing it out
