- JAJenni AustinJun 24, 20261.0Amazed by the service I just received, and not in a good way. It was a one-off experience but definitely showed how far they aren't willing to go for customer service. Long story short, ordered on the app, used rewards, but it didn't go thru. Cancelled the order, didn't get my points back. I was able to show that my points were taken less than 5 minutes ago on the order, but they shirked any responsibility, saying they have 'nothing to do' with the app. So, my points are gone, I show them in the drive thru and they verify the points are gone, and am told there is nothing they can do. They absolutely refused to make the drink anyways, even though I could prove that it was "paid for" with the rewards. When I get obviously flabbergasted by their lack of customer service, I go inside to try and sort it out so I don't hold up the drive thru and I'm told by the manager named Tiffany over the phone that I'm trespassing and that they're calling the cops. So I sat in the store and called Dunkin and was on hold for 15 minutes (cops never showed btw, I imagine it's bc I wasn't trespassing) to get my points back...when simple customer service would have gone a long way. I hope they feel super proud of how powerfully they kicked a customer out today instead of trying to actually do the right thing. Normally, everyone is super great and they get the order right every time - even fixing Biltmore's mistakes. Just kinda wild how they treat you.

The guy who usually works the drive thru there is so kind, quick and you can tell he pays attention to detail. I hope they get proper recognition for doing a great job at a fast paced business!
