- TTTinalee2 days ago4.0I could barely understand the person asking my order. But he and the window person was very nice.

I ordered online this morning and when I pulled to the speaker the person said “what can I get for you” I stated that I had a mobile order and gave my name. They said “pull around”. I get to the window and the window opens and the worker shoves my drink and bag out the window says something and shuts the window. I realized I was missing an item so I thought maybe they are coming back and will speak to me then. Nope I sat there until someone finally opened the window again and the guy looked at me like what do you want. Didn’t say a word just looked at me. I said I am missing an item and could I please get a straw for my drink. He shut the window grabbed the items came back and handed them out to me. I said thank you and he replied with yep and shut the window. And to top it all off, I pulled off and drank some of my drink and it was not made correctly. This location is closer to me but I will either go to the Starbucks across the street or drive to hampstead Dunkin. They are very friendly there!

However, as I was waiting for a drink to be remade I happened to look over and a group of employees were smoking right next to the next check out counter, in a small room where they store all the supplies and food. I have never been more disgusted and horrified that someone would smoke right next to ingredients used to make my drink. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

What makes this experience even worse is that they weren’t even that busy so I am not sure how this mistake happened. I will unfortunately not be back.
