  Brought out my food for curbside, forgot the drinks, as I'm passing out the food to my kids I realize they forgot sauce as well. The old food runner lady was filling my drinks and she dropped a cup on the ground and just picked it up and started putting my other drink in it. She definitely didn't know I was standing In there getting my sauce but after I caught her and asked if shed replace it she denied dropping it in the first place! After I said I saw you drop it, she said it wasn't going to be used for my drink. I think not. I get it, honest mistake but I caught you. Own up to your mistake and just replace the cup? McDonald's is already bottom of the list nowadays in terms of service but l'll be making sure I skip this one from now on. BE AWARE. IF THEY DROP ANY PART OF YOUR ORDER ON THEIR DIRTY FLOOR THEY WILL JUST SERVE IT TO YOU ANYWAY.

  Went to location early morning. Place my order to go. Order was not correct. I ordered chicken m griddle with coffee 2nd item was bacon egg cheese on bagel with coffee. Bagel was stale. I made no mention of biscuits which I received which was stale as well. Decafe coffee was so watered down did not taste if coffee what do ever. Very disappointed had to throw out both meals.

  The manager gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me when I questioned why she was making us go around to the order window a third time when THEY were the ones that screwed up the order.
