When I got to the window they "didn't have biscuits ready". They opened at 6:00 AM and as near as I could tell I was the first customer of the day. Had to pull up and wait until 6:23 for a biscuit to be ready. I have a five hour drive, hate waiting for 15 minutes when I am the only car in line. Won't be stopping there again. I understand that people no show, etc. But if this would have been a Chick Fila they probably would have comped my meal for the trouble. Or at least been a little more apologetic.
