We never will come back unless they will hiring someone who actually knows to interact with people .

You couldn’t understand the clerk and at the window they were hating their job. The store out side looked forgotten. The food, they don’t have cheddar-Bo’s the biscuit WAS NOT Bojangles quality and the sausage looked like it had been set out to grow up to be beef jerky. What’s happing

She was yelling at us instead of trying to help resolve the situation. There was absolutely no reason for us to be treated that way. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Terrible food, terrible service, and completely unacceptable treatment of customers. I would NOT recommend this Bojangles to anyone. We will definitely never come back!

I tried to politely explain to the employee that I was having trouble hearing her, but instead of being patient or helpful, she became extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. The way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary and made me feel like I was bothering her just by trying to place an order. I understand that equipment can have problems, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer with that kind of attitude. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated at this location. I definitely would not recommend this location based on my experience. This happened today, September 9, 2026, at approximately 4:05 PM.
