  Had the best customer experience ever! Ordered groceries for delivery through the app and they didn’t bring one of my items. Husbands at work and I’m not feeling well so I call the store expecting just a refund, but NO! The manager himself drove my missing item to my house and hand delivered it along with a gift card! So thankful!!! Now that is customer service! 🙌👍💛

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews but you better expect waiting 15 or more minutes to pick up your groceries whenever you place orders for pick up here. I could shop faster than this. It’s almost every time we do this. I thought maybe they were short staffed but apparently that’s how it always is. It’s not good. And it’s been like this for months. Managers, please staff this department better. The store isn’t even busy.

  It is a decent store. Undergoing renovation at the moment. My one note is not trusting the produce department and check everything. I was looking for a snack, but instead I found molded fruit after molded fruit. Rasberries, which lets be honest isn't their fault, but a whole rotted apple is a department problem. Registers are fine, the comments you see about them just don't like using self checout as this store has 8 self checkout registers open at all times. If you are looking for hot food, this probably isn't the store for you either. The deli, at 11:00 doesn't have any hot foods avaliable which, as someone who worked in a Food Lion can tell you, is unacceptable as all hot food, including the wing bar is supposed to be avaliable no later than 10:30 am. This store can be a daily visit, but it does need some work.

  The guy that brings the groceries out for pickup always forces up my automatic trunk.. I told him hold on. But he does it every time.
