  I wish i could give negative stars. I placed an order for pickup so my mom could grab it because i have a 2 year old asleep and they told her they didnt have the order. So i come up and show them the order details that my mom showed them and it took them 20 mins to even acknowledged that i was there. They also didnt care about how nasty, trashy and smoky it was with customers in the store. They also are being petty because they dont know how run the store like past employees they ran off. Waited over an hour because they said the name wasn’t on the ticket but its in bold letters now. They gave me attitude and told me that i could just wait. Not to mention my mom was waiting on 2 other doordash orders and they refused to acknowledge her and she had been there for an hour.

  Staff always makes you wait forever for the food. Orders are always wrong and missing items. The staff is absolutely terrible, and they have roaches. I seen one crawling up the wall beside the counter, and another on the tray laying on the counter. I will drive to Walkertown before I go back to this location.

  By far one of the worst locations in my 40 years. The restaurant business is our specialty and this place is somewhere I wouldn't want a dog eating at. Management is rude and plays around with employees, the dinning room and bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, the windows in the whole place look like they have never seen a rag and sprayer. Someone needs to do some firing and get new management. There is no correcting this behavior. I could walk in and fire and hire a whole new staff and give the people the proper food and service they deserve. There is no sense in this. Not sure if this is a corporate location but regardless this needs immediate attention.

  I would never go back there again.It took me 45 minutes to get my food after I app it up after getting side to get my food, they waited on somebody else.And he got his food before I did, after i've been standing there twenty minutes and the food suck potatoes hard as a rock. They need better management

  Order extra food because the only guarantee here is that you will be missing half of what you ordered.
