    Did an online order. Chicken on my Teriyaki chicken sub was cold. My husband’s steak and cheese meat was cold. I called the store and the General Manager Tyler started to get an Attitude at me cause I was upset (not the first time having problems with this location) so he hung up on me. So I drove by to the store and yes I was cussing cause he said I didn’t call the store. And get into my face and was cussing me out. In front of two gentleman eating. The reason why he got attitude with me was because I got an attitude with him. But if you’re a manager, you’re not supposed to catch an attitude with a customer and I asked as it isn’t. Customer is always right and he told me no they were not and refused to give me his manager‘s phone number.

    One poor guy working alone as his teammate hadn't showed up. So he was busy but was attentive to us, our orders were perfect, and I have no compalints!

    Unprofessional customer service, non caring attitude Including Tyler who calls himself the manager I was given wrong dressing for my subs and over charged Tyler so called manager insisted he could not help me with the issue I had an unpleasant experience at this establishment. The customer service was unprofessional, and the manager, Tyler, displayed a lack of care and concern for my issue. I was given the wrong dressing for my subs and overcharged. Despite my concerns, Tyler refused to help me resolve the problem. Save your money don’t use this establishment

    This is the best subway I've ever been to! Everything is fresh and well prepared. The store is always clean and it smells like fresh cookies and bread. The staff is friendly and professional. The manager Tyler makes the best subs!! He's quick, polite, and makes every experience a good one every time i go there! Highly recommended!
