- KHKevin Highland4 days ago1.0Last several times I’ve ordered food. They have forgotten items said they would bring them and never showed up. Tonight‘s food was cold. Couldn’t even eat it again. I requested a certain item they did not include. It reported it to corporate. This store has really gone downhill.

I arrive to the location, not only to find out that the manager forget to redo my order and she forgot to inform her staff. The location is very inconsiderate and rude. The same manager did not want to address me when I came to pick up my original order the first time. Her staff had to stop what they were doing to assist me.

So all my toppings and the whole pizza look like it was just thrown in the box. Called the store, they said they couldn’t make me another one since they were closing to night and they could only give me a refund for half my order or I can get a free pizza tomorrow. I offer to bring both pizza in the next day and he said no need we can only give you have your money back or one free pizza call general manager on Monday. I told him I have video and picture of how my pizza got this way and it was made wrong on top of all that. And where are my peppers did they stop given peppers. See I am upset with this order and now I have to wait to Monday to take to someone about my pizza order not worth 50 for two pizzas in. Added video so you can see how she was carrying my pizza order side ways so all toppings drop off both pizzas.
