- MCMelanie Campbell-OrellanaSep 22, 20261.0Horrible delivery service!! First delivery was the wrong pizza and I did not accept it. My order then showed cancelled on the website, I called and manager said new pizza in the way 5 mins ago. An hour later I find the pizza on my doorstep!! No one knocked or rang the doorbell. Called again and manager says they don’t know the delivery guy and can’t do anything!! I’ll never order again!
- AHAnn HinsonSep 17, 20261.0I went to this location August 1 as a walk in customer. I ordered a medium pizza with all meats and all vegetables with regular crust. Only black olives and pineapple were excluded. The service was little slow, no where to sit to wait. When I got the pizza home I could have held what toppings that were on the pie in palm of one hand. I paid $26. dollars and some change. I will never patronize this location again!!!
- AKAaron KennedyAug 21, 20261.0The Clinton Rd. store has gone down hill bad… the employees are rude and the service is terrible. The manager (didn’t get her name but she worked Friday evening 21 August) is horrible. We have been ordering food from here for 20 years, but we are done with this location and will be filing a formal complaint with Papa John’s.
- AAAmberAug 21, 20261.0This establishment continues to fail. We’ve lived in the surrounding area for over 10 years and for the last 5 it has plummeted, very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and our pizza took much longer than expected and the manager was yelling at her employees in front of the customers. To make matters worse, the dining environment appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the experience did not meet reasonable expectations for quality, cleanliness, or customer service. I hope the franchise owners addresses these issues because there is significant room for improvement.
- KHKevin HighlandAug 18, 20261.0Last several times I’ve ordered food. They have forgotten items said they would bring them and never showed up. Tonight‘s food was cold. Couldn’t even eat it again. I requested a certain item they did not include. It reported it to corporate. This store has really gone downhill.
