  I sat at the drive through speaker my entire lunch break just for them to tell me I have to order inside because ”night crew” left all the headsets dead.. PS when I got inside they still did not want to take my order at the register while the kiosk was malfunctioning although I was the only person there.. please shut this place down, fire the manager! or either do better!! I Will NOT be coming back! ZERO STARS IS TRULY WHAT THEY DESERVE (also they didn’t offer me anything for THEY inconvenience). ANY OTHER FAST FOOD WOULD NEVER PUT ME IN THAT SITUATION.

  Great area to park, Central to everything in uptown. Lots to do and great selection of food, entertainment and activities in the immediate area.

  Placed a mobile pick up order. They are supposed to verify your order by you saying your name when you pull up to the speaker and that's when they make your order. I pulled up to the speaker and noticed my order was already ready. I said my name and they said "pull around" not "does the order on the screen look correct?" So I pull up to the window and my food is getting a little cold. I found out from the manager that they received my order like 8 or 10 mins before I got there and they then made it ahead of time and it sat there in an opened bag for that long. My drinks also. I did leave a complaint on the app. I called her when I got home to air fry the food so we could have hot food and in a very unproductive manner had the worst screaming match on the phone with this woman. She only asked if I wanted her to remake my food after I got home and had already reheated some. I live across town so no I didn't do that. ***On another note...my $6 grilled cheese burrito was about the size of a $2 burrito and was not filled to capacity for the money I paid for it. That was the only menu item I went for. The rest of the food was for my family.***

  Four times. FOUR. TIMES. I have come here for breakfast and every single time they have managed to completely ruin it. I ordered the Grande Breakfast Burrito on four separate occasions, and somehow, unbelievably, ALL FOUR TIMES it came with NO EGGS. How do you mess up the main ingredient over and over again?! At this point it’s not a mistake—it’s just pure carelessness. I’m beyond frustrated and done wasting my money here. I will absolutely not be coming back, and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place entirely. If you’re craving Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else but this location.
