    The sandwiches were drowning in sauce. I could only eat part of my sandwich and couldn't stomach the rest. My daughter couldn't eat her sandwich at all so she took my wifes because my wife didn't get any sauce. My daughters sandwich got thrown away. Lesson here is, don't order online because you don't know how it's made when you pick it up. Order there and watch while they make the sandwich.

    Not worth the money. Lettuce was brown buns were so flakey turkey was dry. Just horrible food. Spent $19 and threw it in the trash.

    Was in this location today around 12, walked in and moments later witnessed an interaction between what looked like a manager and a customer. The girl was explaining she was missing cookies. The manager very rudly exclaimed that she put all the cookies in the bag and that it was weird to her that they weren't there. She argued with the girls mother and basically these poor customers were accused of stealing the cookies and were refused the ones that were missing. This manager is VILE and honestly the reason I stopped going here. I thought of giving it another go, walk in and there she I'd. Causing issues. I'd bet it is the same woman everyone complains about. The young man at the counter tried his best to help them but they still didn't get their cookies. THAT THEY PAID FOR!! I left without ordering.

    My dad went to pick up an online order I placed. He arrived ten minutes later than the pickup time was, and they just started the order as he was walking in, so he had to wait. The dining room was empty, and he told me they were talking about how another store here had failed their quality assurance inspection. That doesn't seem very appropriate. We also live approximately 3 minutes away from this subway, and by the time he got home with the food, it was already ice cold. It also wasn't what we ordered. We got footlong pro sandwiches, and they did not contain the double protein that I paid for. When I called to inform them of this and ask for a refund, the female on the phone only wanted to argue with me. I told her I hadn't eaten anything all day, and she didn't seem to care as she was saying "I literally watched my coworker make your food and I made him put double cheese on it" and "can you PLEASE bring the receipt and a picture of the food so we can process your refund. We only do refunds in cash." I shouldn't have to disrupt my evening and travel back out after working hard all day to prove to them I'm not lying. I've worked in food service as a supervisor and I know you don't argue with the customers when they're simply asking to be compensated for something they spent their hard earned money on.
