However.....it was not enough to allow me to overlook the other displays of poor food safety and unprofessional conduct. 1. A guy (heavy set white male) in street clothes was walking in and out of the kitchen (last time with food). 2. The second line cook (heavy set black male) as he was boxing an order of fries (without gloves) ate a fry from that same box. 3. The manager (who was handling food without gloves) when I shared this he made little to no attempt to adress the concern with this gentleman while he was clearly chewing food standing over the frying station. I say these things not to frustrate the employees or managers but bring awareness to the lack of decorum. We should do all things with safety and cleanliness in mind. You all serve the public.
