- CBCiarra BAug 24, 20261.0Using a 3rd party for delivery will be the reason I don't order from here anymore. Apparently it's really easy for a 3rd party driver to just steal your food. Not worth me sitting here waiting for a callback on food or a refund when I could have just ordered doordash myself from some where else. The system is broken and I won't be ordering here anymore. I can see why the pizza hut is failing as a business. ❣️ Side note mamas pizza is so much better. Would gladly pay a little bit more for a real driver that's not 3rd party than deal with this headache again.

Second time I’ve ordered delivery and had a drink left out of the order because they use DoorDash to deliver and not their own drivers. Try calling the store is a JOKE! Routes you to a call center who gives you a customer experience number that says to contact the store. No wonder YUM brand is dumping Pizza Hut. Customer service is trash!

An hour went by past due to the time. Look to track the order and still says preparing. Called the store to ask about it, but brings me to another person for Pizza Hut that doesn’t even work at the location. They transfer the call to the store and they didn’t answer, twice. So I drove to the store and demanded my money back. They said your pizza is right here, do you want it. I said no, you can keep the pizza, I just want my money back. They took them 15 mins to give me my money back. Horrible experience considering I love Pizza Hut but won’t be returning anymore.
