My friend asked for her bagel to be double toasted only for it to come out cold to the touch as well. The bagel minis did not have cream cheese inside, and we asked for avocado toast with no seasoning just to get it made wrong- and then recieved an attitude when we asked to fix what we paid for. And to top it all off, after waiting for so long my friend has still not received her drink.

- HGHolly GJun 12, 20261.0the “manager” (i think?”) who was doing drive thru at around 10:30am has the worst, attitude and lack of basic math skills. The total was 12.15, i gave her 22.15 so i could have 10 dollars back. She hands me 9. So of course, I say “oh, it’s should be 10” The completely disgusting way this woman replied, talking to me slowly like i’m a child and saying i was wrong made me speechless. I was so bewildered. So i go in, still no apologize or “My fault”. She gives me a dollar from the tip jar and doesn’t say anything. If you can’t do simple 22-12 you probably can’t run a register correctly. Would consider retraining her for money handling and costumer service. (Turns out she typed it wrong in the register and can’t do the math in her head after that) The latte was all milk, and didn’t do extra ice like i wanted. Terrible drinks. But it’s dunkin so we keep your expectations low. I believe her name was Haley? A white girl with blonde hair and glasses. Terrible experience. Never go here!!
- DDDestiney DeitzJun 7, 20261.0Went for a simple drink and sausage sandwich add cheese. my sister had to repeat her order several times and then wasn’t given her change right away and had to ask for it. then we had to get our sandwiches made not once not twice but three times before they were made correctly. 5 employees in the building yet the lobby has spilled coffee on the floor, utensils not stocked, dirty windows and dirty tables. The person at the register did not seem to have any idea of how to operate or handle the situation at all. I was waiting for 30 minutes.
