This location definitely prioritizes drive through orders over mobile orders. I suspect they had cleared my order as complete, so as not to affect their timed performance for serving customers and then forgot about it.

We ordered ice cream through the Baskin-Robbins app and arrived expecting a simple pickup. Instead, we discovered that our order had not even been started. Not only were we left standing at the counter, but we weren’t even acknowledged. We eventually had to call out for someone to help us, which somehow led to an even worse experience. The customer service was genuinely astonishing. Several ingredients were missing, our order still hadn’t been prepared, and after all of that, we were forced to request a refund. The two employees working seemed completely uninterested in resolving the situation or even understanding what had gone wrong. Then, somehow, things got even worse: they issued us a refund for less than we had actually paid. We showed them the receipt, clearly demonstrating the amount we were owed, yet we still had to deal with an incorrect refund. This entire experience was an impressive display of how many things can go wrong during what should have been a five-minute ice cream pickup. From the complete lack of acknowledgment to the failure to prepare the order, the missing ingredients, the dreadful customer service, and finally the incorrect refund, nothing about this experience was handled properly. I have genuinely never experienced such a spectacular level of disorganization over something as simple as ice cream. If you’re looking for a place that can turn a straightforward order into an unnecessarily complicated ordeal, this location appears to have perfected the process. Absolutely unacceptable.
