  1st time at this location and gave me the wrong donut. The white icing filled is NOT a Boston Kreme donut folks. Staff seemed a little asleep at the wheel. I shouldn't have to ask for napkins in the drive through. C'mon

  Love the team at this Dunkin so much—everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Especially Gregory. He’s awesome.

  honestly, I love this Dunkin’ Donuts more than any other I’ve been to. The customer service was excellent, Summer and Gregory were so sweet! Honestly, I think this may be my go to spot for now on! 🤗

  Hi Came in today Saturday June 13th, 2026 at 3:35ish. The entire experience was awful. Ordered two drinks an oreo coolant and a caramel coffee chiller order #7474 * We could not hear them at the intercom. *we had to pull around & wait although it was not busy waited 10 mins before going in *there were two young ladies working, The Caucasian one with a long ponytail was working dillingently while the African American young lady took her time, no sense of urgency and she was the one making our drinks. (I am African American so its not about race, just facts) also, Once she finished our 2nd drink she handed the drink over w/o a straw when I asked for one she pointed across the room and said they are down there twice before finally grabbing one... if I would have gotten it at the window it would come with a straw same as if it was brought to us at the car so that was actually very rude. She needs more customer service training.
