  I get my coffee here all the time. Your experience definitely depends on who's working. During my visit today I waited patiently for drive thru to be serviced. ALL THREE OF THE EMPLOYEES walked past me and another lady several times then took orders from 3 people that came in after us. They never acknowledged me or the other lady. I left and came back then someone took my order. One lady was complaining that she had been waiting for 30 minutes while another came inside to get her order due to being in drive thru for an extensive amount of time. Everyone wanted to "show concern" when I began to show frustration. The manager(I'm guessing she was the manager) came out when it was all said and done. She didn't do shit AT ALL. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER & LEARN HOW TO MULTITASK or train better. I pray that the dark haired girl w/pink streaks in it is there EVERY TIME I go. She's the absolute best.

  Was excited to have a coffee place closer to the West side. I’ve been twice and both times not good experience. 1st time was mobile order and they put whipped cream on my drink when I asked for none and then forgot to give me donut so I had to ask. 2nd time order a refresher (tasted off) and one of the little breakfast wraps and a Boston crème. She gave me the wrap and no donut so again had to ask during this visit as well. After getting down the road, it was not a Boston Crème….but the white creme filled one with white stuff on top. Don’t think I’ll be back…

  Ordered sweet black peppered snackin bacon. Received it without any sugar, without any black pepper and only 3 cut up pieces of what seemed to be microwaved bacon. Very disappointed.

  I was very happy when this Dunkin opened since it’s so close to my home and right off the highway. It’s easy access for me on my way to work. There are very few Dunkin locations that I go to because a lot of them do not make my coffee correctly, the food is burned or donuts are stale. But not this one!! The service is wonderful, fast, and friendly. My coffee has always been made correctly and taste great! I am so happy they opened and they have been added to my list of Dunkin locations I will regularly stop at. Highly recommend heading their way and don’t forget their tip. They work hard!!
