The people acted like we were bothering them by trying to order food. This one girl was blatantly disrespectful and was slamming the spoon in the rice and walked away when I asked for double meat and just completely clueless you’d have to tell them multiple times what you were wanting and I wanted the new chili lime chips but they handed me the old chips and I said well I ordered the new chips. The whole atmosphere vibe of this restaurant was in the pits. Additionally, there was no white rice, which was not ideal but adaptable. The whole restaurant was a mess even though there seem to be plenty of workers in there and there was no silverware or utensils except for three spoons. This restaurant needs serious management and serious help.

He (?) was CLEARLY in a bad mood and kept popping off verbally at customers and coworkers. The food I received was lukewarm and the chips were stale. This was my first time in this establishment. I did not appreciate the server repeatedly stating, "I'm frustrated with people who don't know how to order" to customers. He (?) was putting cups in customers bags and expecting them to know that's where to find them. I have never seen that done at any food establishment before. Maybe this is the Chipotle way, but most customers seemed unfamiliar with it. This was the night of August 31, 2026 around 9 pm.
