  Received excellent customer service from Ebony! But the food was not delicious. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock. I was starving so I still ate it. My husband said his chicken was very greedy. Food is overpriced but the customer service from Ebony was great!

  Ebony and her team are such hard workers. I came in this morning to grab breakfast for my office. I usually would just go through the drive thru but the line looked long. So glad I went in. This location was so busy and you sure couldn’t tell. The restaurant clean…..customer service - premium, food quality- fantastic. Ebony and her team greeted every single guest without missing a beat. They were so busy and just delivered. They went full send! Thank you Ebony for a great start to my morning and thank you for your service. That’s right…the store manager is also a Veteran!

  My chicken supremes were refried. Hard no juice in them . The staff had dirty clothes, they let what I thought was a Customer just go back and forth behind serving line and cooking area. Come to find out he did not pay and knew 1 or 2 of them but he did not work there . They had 2 different places to keep food. His hot and fresh, mine and the ones after refried. Last Saturday my son and I were at a different one and had trash in our Togo box soda can tab in the fries. I grew up on the BO but I have been pushing myself way. Too bag NC greatest at 1 time. Your people you hire have run you into the dirt.

  We have 3 Bojangles in our town, the other 2 had already ruined us going! We had no complaints at this 1 until we ordered 3 sausage gravy biscuits and received 3 biscuits with the gravy that belongs on mashed potatoes!!!! Wife was told "No sausage gravy after 11am"!?!? Phone was consistently busy or just off the hook and calling corporate # just tells you to email them!!!

  This place is such a hit or miss whether it's any good or not most of the time it's not the biscuits are falling apart that's when you get the right stuff usually you have to always take it back because they never give you what you ordered and the bow rounds are absolutely disgusting you can ring the grease out of it and I think the grease is 100 years old oh and the other thing is make sure if you do end up going here you are in no hurry whatsoever because they're not and it takes a long time to even get them to take your order let alone get your food.
