I took my small family here and my little girl said to me, “Why’s the biscuit burnt and so hard? I had also ordered unsalted fries for my daughter and you can tell by the way it was cooked that it were not fresh fries nor was it crispy. It came out soggy and supper oily like we wouldn’t notice. Taking shortcuts is never the answer.

The staff member tried to protest but the manager said no. It was an option on the computer but I couldn't get what I paid for or my money back for what I paid for because of whoever decided I'm not allowed to. What I ordered is a Carolina Crunch.
