Came 30 mins before close, they ran to lock the doors before we could go in, forcing us to go through the drive thru. Then after placing our order and paying, made us go back around the building and park in front of the locked door to wait for our ice cream. We waited almost 15 minutes. Honestly unbelievable and would rate zero stars if possible. DO NOT GO HERE

Paid almost $15 for a milkshake that came in a very small Dunkin Donuts cup. Not sure why they put it in a small sized Dunkin cup when I ordered from Baskin Robbin’s. They didn’t even use real ice cream, they used the Dunkin style frozen ice style drink instead of a milkshake. And it had absolutely no toppings like the picture, no whipped cream, no chocolate, no nothing. The shake itself had little to no chocolate in it, it was almost white with a small amount of pistachio. If you’re going to advertise such an expensive milkshake, maybe make it the way it’s intended. All of the young girls working looked at me like I was a disease when I was looking at it trying to figure out why I was given such a pathetic “milkshake”. Won’t ever be back.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
