  Bring my burger without salad, food in bags, although we ordered food in the restaurant, there was soda in my menu, I had to go and beg for it. The service is terrible.

  I placed an order through the mobile app and selected curbside pickup. When I arrived and parked in a curbside spot, the app instructed me to go through the drive-thru instead to receive my order. I proceeded to the drive-thru, and at the order station I was told to go to the second window to pick up my food. When I arrived at the second window, I provided my order number. The employee wearing a green shirt asked me for a code, but I explained that I did not have a code, only the order number provided by the app. The employee became very rude, rolling her eyes and stating that she would not be able to assist me without a code. I explained again that I did not have any other information to provide and asked for my food. I also politely asked her to be more respectful. In response, she shut the window on me abruptly. Another employee then opened the window and handed me a Chicken McNuggets order, which was not what I had ordered so I had to walk into the store and ask AGAIN for my food. Additionally, I heard inappropriate language, including profanity, used during this interaction. This experience was very disappointing due to both the incorrect order and the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Just for your reference, this is the rude person you have in your "team"

  The younger woman at the drive thru with glasses clearly takes their job a step above than what I’ve dealt with at the many McDonald’s I’ve ate at. Very kind and polite and made sure my order was right before I left. I come here often and always had a good experience but this visit made me certain that this location is a good mile above many other McDonald’s near the area

  I have no issues with McD's. My issue is that I brought my 6 year old with me to the Stallings, NC restaurant and an employee almost ran into her and gave her this disgusted look. Not cool.

  Went on a Tuesday night (tonight), and gee these workers need some training. Both the food workers and cashier. Places hire just about anyone…the girl with the piercings was taking her sweet little time getting the food and then doesn’t say a word as she’s handing it out to you as well as trying to hand it out rapid fire. I don’t care if you’re having a bad night, don’t make it everyone else’s problem, this goes to the piercing girl and the cashier working tonight. Drop the childish attitude! To add, our order was of course incorrect as we didn’t get the proper seasoning for our fries that we asked, and the burger was COLD. Get it together.
