  My mom ordered online and me and my boyfriend picked it up for her through the drive-thru. We didn’t notice until about three minutes down the road that it was the completely wrong order. We turned around and went back and the lady at the drive-thru expressed that she already knew it was wrong and asked how she could accommodate us. I told her that my mom really just needed a refund because we didn’t have time to wait for the order to be re-made. She said that was fine and went and got her manager. It was a lady and she said when she did her paperwork that night it would go right back onto my mother’s card. Today rolls around and we notice there was no refund on her card and we gave it awhile and still nothing. My boyfriend and I returned to Pizza Hut and went inside. It was the same cashier from yesterday and I explained about how the refund never came back onto my mom’s card. She got Shaun (the general manager) and he was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us the refund and even gave us a voucher for a free medium pizza! I hear a lot of horror stories and have experienced them so many times at this Pizza Hut so I try to stay away but Shaun definitely helped enough to where we all felt satisfied.

  Terrible service inside and in the drive thru, never answers the phone watched them ignore every phone call when it was completely empty in the restaurant, overall bad management and poor employee service.

  This place suck the server logan and the manager tainka whoever are the worse people made my experience really bad and the food sucked too and the additudes there are ridiculous roll your eyes for a refill of tea. All the managers suck here and there the worse if you have a problem don't go there

  Ordered a 3 meat pizza and the garlic cheesesticks on 6/21/26. It was ready in less than 15 minutes and was delicious! I havent eaten at any Pizza Hut in years, but this has me planning to go back. It wasnt greasy, was loaded with toppings, and was well cooked! The garlic cheesesticks were amaaaaaazing!

  Food was late, food was cold, pizza was overpriced, bathrooms smell like rotten stuff... server was nice... bathroom water is white and smells funny, ran out of water long ago... Tiffany is a good server though... she should get a raise... Website didn't work to give review so I went to Google...
