  I don’t know her name but I think it was alay?AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s so rare to have such positive, warm, interactions at any fast food place (and I understand why!! People treat workers like trash and expect them to be chipper 24/7) but it was so refreshing to be greeted so warmly.

  Absolute worse Sonic to go to. They NEVER get your order right. Management and staff are inside playing around all the time. When you bring up issues to management it’s your fault for not checking before pulling out the drive thru line. I’m sorry but why would I have to check you made a drink with 3 ingredients(ice, coke and sweet cream) correctly? Shouldn’t you just do it correctly the first time??? I have wasted my time and money here for the last time. I hope corporate steps in and takes the store over. Maybe then things would get done correctly, the Sonic way.

  I’ve been visiting this location for a few years now. I don’t know why I didn’t write a review sooner. The food is always hot and fresh. So hot I can’t even eat it right away. No complaints there, prefer that over cold/old food. Additionally, every person at the windows has been exceptional! In a world where great customer service seems to be a thing of the past, these employees are keeping it alive and well. Keep up the good work!

  Incredibly rude staff. Pulled up to order(not the drive thru as I had no idea sonic had drive THRUS). The girl said she couldn't hear us and would be out in a minute to take our order. We must of waited 20 minutes. By that point I was determined after sitting there I wasn't leaving without a drink. I had time to download and sign up for Sonics and place my order, and still no one came. Thumbs way down for those girls.

  It’s rare I stop for fast food anymore however on this day I decided to try a new item I saw advertised at Sonic. Immediately upon pulling up to the drive through window it only took 20 seconds for me to realize why I don’t stop. The person behind the menu window talking / taking your order, you can barely hear because the volume is either broken or so low it’s not audible. Then when I talk to them I have to basically scream at the menu for them to hear me. Overall it’s just a bad experience. The staff I would say is friendly though. Probably won’t be back however the menu thing irritated me so much I had to leave this review. Please fix the menu sign so the person on the inside and outside can hear one another.
