  This has to be the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. For starters if you're thinking about ordering anything just eat somewhere else. The wait times are HORRENDOUS. You will always be told to pull up to a Drive Thru Number and end up waiting 10+ minutes to receive your order. The Staff on the later shifts don't have friendly attitudes except for 1-2 typically, everyone else ksit doesn't wanna work 🤣.

  The employees are nice as can be but it doesn't matter if the orders are wrong and you end up getting food poisoning. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese plain. They gave me one that wasn't plain so I had to go back in. I'm always very nice when I ask for something to be fixed because no way am I going to fight with people making my food. The employees were all really nice and gave me a replacement. It looked great when I checked it. I got home and my boyfriend bit into it and realized inside the patty, it was completely RAW! This is a legitimate health concern. The health department needs to investigate for sure. $8 down the drain, 30 min wasted waiting for my food and getting it fixed, just to get home with something that isn't even safe to eat. My son loves McDonald's and I keep giving this place another chance just be to screwed over worse every single time. I'm done now and reporting this to corporate. Especially if you take your kids here, tear the burgers in half to make sure they are cooked. But honestly, if you're having to do that, why even come at all. You're basically paying for them to poison you because they aren't adhering to food safety standards. Who knows what else is going on in that kitchen? I'm definitely reporting this to corporate today and probably the health department too. Also, I love how their receipt machine has been messed up for at least the past year. Can barely even read what I got, if they even got my order right to begin with, and you certainly can't see the date and time that I was there. For clarification, this was May 4th at around 7:30pm.

  So after a 30 minute wait in the car in the takeout lane I was handed a COMPLETELY melted hot fudge Sunday in a small box container. AVOID this restaurant at all costs there is something seriously wrong with the workers and management here. Worst McDonalds experience I have had in over a decade and that’s really saying something.

  Its the 4th time in a row Ive given this location a chance but they forget to put the sauces everytime I order curbside and thats on top of the long wait, ordered 2 meal deals and they forgot the nuggets for one

  McDonald’s will always be McDonald’s, and to me, the food is pretty much the same no matter where you go in the United States. The difference at this location is the service. There are a small handful of employees who are friendly, helpful, and seem to care about the customers, and they definitely stand out. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff often come across as unhappy, uninterested, or frustrated to be there, which can make the experience feel less welcoming. The food is what you expect, but the customer service could use some improvement.
