As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went on June 23,2026, the food was absolutely inedible fries tasted like it was cooked in old oil not to mentioned Very cold l, burgers was extremely cold like they had everything made prior so they don’t have to make it on the spot, tenders was cold and dried out, keep in mind I took a bite of everything to see if anything could eat, which is a no. Tried calling no answer so I decided to drive back and give them all the food and ask for a refund. Did that and the white old lady whose a manager has no customer service at all she didn’t apologize not once she just took the food and gave me back a receipt and send it should be on my bank account in a few days then slam the drive thru window and then proceeded to turn her back and curse me out to her staff members. Now I know why there’s never anyone there. Bad customer service plus bad cold food. The old white lady who is the manager needs to get a grip!

I don't understand how y'all did it, it's almost impressive. The funnel cake fries were chewy and doughy and had the tiniest thought of a sprinkle of powdered sugar on them. Finally, please get rid of the AI ordering thing, it talks over people and has trouble accurately retaining anything you say.

I ordered online and got 2 sides of funnel cake fries, 2 burgers, a 5 piece tender, mozzarella sticks, and some loaded fries. I asked for no ranch on my loaded fries (it came smothered in ranch) and every fried food I got besides the tenders tasted like funnel cake (funnel cake-tasting loaded fries almost had me gagging). The tenders also somehow tasted like nothing. I didn't finish any of my food because it was so disappointing and I don't plan on wasting any more money here. Especially when $30 gets you food that doesn't even taste right.
