  Sooo not only did I wait for 45min since I got in line with two cars in front of me, i understand you might be short of people, understandable… but there’s is no reason for my sandwich to be DRIPPING in mayo… for a moment i thought it was ranch but realized it was an ungodly amount of mayo… I do like mayo on my chicken sandwich but I almost couldn’t eat it :( I used all the napkins given to me to wipe off the excess mayo (ALL MY NAPKINS) and even the wrapper and then I used the fries container to scrape it off. I opened the sandwich and couldn’t even see the tomato… I have pictures to past but does not give me the option

  Beware of using the app. This is the second time I've lost money for an incomplete/wrong order coming from using the app and having someone deliver. The driver waited at least 20 minutes in the drive through with a total of 5 cars in the parking lot. I hate to say it, but I hoped for at least a little better with the speed and accuracy of orders.

  Worst Arby's ever!! I ordered a chicken cordon blu meal on an onion roll and got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and a 3 piece chicken tender. We took it back and they gave us ours. When I opened it it was ANOTHER chicken sandwich on a brioche bun. Will never go back!
