  Beware of using the app. This is the second time I've lost money for an incomplete/wrong order coming from using the app and having someone deliver. The driver waited at least 20 minutes in the drive through with a total of 5 cars in the parking lot. I hate to say it, but I hoped for at least a little better with the speed and accuracy of orders.

  Worst Arby's ever!! I ordered a chicken cordon blu meal on an onion roll and got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and a 3 piece chicken tender. We took it back and they gave us ours. When I opened it it was ANOTHER chicken sandwich on a brioche bun. Will never go back!

  Both my husband and I got the chicken,Swiss and bacon sandwhuch,in all honesty it was horrible the lettuce was so stringy and soggy the tomatoes weren't even ripe,the bun was over toasted the bacon was so tiny they only used a piece and a half the chicken wasn't good either it was half of a chicken breast it was so thin and dry I had a hard time chewing it but,the WORST part of the sandwich had to be the Swiss cheese, it was soo greasy and rubbery,I couldn't eatthe sandwich! It looked NOTHING like it looks on the menu!! I unfortunatly got sick to my stomach about 30 min of eating the sandwich! If there is a place to take a pic of it I will show yall how it looks I'm STILL dealing with that taste of the rubbery greasy Swiss cheese.this definitely ruined dinner for my husband and I. We spent $23.00 to get nauseated, and still hungry,I'm sad to say ,this isn't the first bad meal we have brought from this ARBEES! A complete disappointment

  Everything that fast food isn’t anymore. Quick, polite, correct order, even asked me how I was doing today. Customer service outworking Chickfila and food is always fresh and amazing. I had the pleasure of having the tall cashier with the red spider tattoo on her neck.
