This is really the only 7 brew that I go to because the staff and environment is comfortable. Its not overwhelming, the staff isn't rude or disrespectful, and the orders I've had are never wrong. The staff is awesome, the environment is a comfortable place to be at, and the drinks are some of the best ive ever had from any coffee shop. In my opinion all the staff should get a raise for the awesome work and friendly service they give everyday to us customers. And I believe a 5 star review is 110% deserved! Amazing job to all the staff, employees and managers, yall are awesome! 😁

I went to Seven Brew on September 27th for my birthday because the one thing I really wanted to do was get a Pumpkin Iced Coffee. My aunt also ordered a Frozen drink. Unfortunately, both of our drinks were made incorrectly. I wouldn’t have waited in a mile-long line if I had known we were going to wait that long just to receive drinks that weren’t even what we ordered. It was especially disappointing because it was my birthday, and getting my drink was the one thing I was really looking forward to. What made it even more frustrating was that the guy taking our order didn’t seem very cheerful like the employees usually are, and he didn’t seem to be paying much attention to what we were ordering. I understand that mistakes happen, but after waiting that long, I expected our drinks to at least be made correctly. This is normally one of my favorite places to go, and I usually go about once a week even though it’s an hour away from my home. That’s why this experience was so disappointing, especially since it happened on my birthday. I normally have great experiences at Seven Brew, but this visit was extremely frustrating and unfortunately took away from something I had really been looking forward to.

Fast, friendly, and they already know my order when I’m pulling up. Hometown feeling. They know me, remember me, and always make me feel important.

I normally really like 7 brew. But yesterday I went there and got a different order than my usual. I didn’t order it clearly or smoothly. I felt awkward ordering but the lady taking the order was nice. When the coffee came out there was no creamer (my fault). I politely asked the lady if she wouldn’t mind adding some creamer. She went back and asked what I assume was the manager to do it, she did but then screamed “get the F out of my store” as I was shifting to drive to leave. Even IF that wasn’t directed at me that’s the last place I wanna hear that with my kids in the backseat.
