I asked to have the manager call me on their apps survey and heard nothing. They're lucky to be right at the food lion where I do test sets or I wouldn't ever stop there. The food tastes great but they need to take their online orders more seriously and respond to customer complaints before they really lose customers. Also on my last order, I asked for a large combo, was given a large drink and a small bo rounds. I could care less about the drink, I ordered for the side to be large. When I went back in to ask, the cashier told me "I gave you a large drink and didnt charge you for it" so I just left. I didnt bother doing the survey because honestly, is Claudia even looking at them? I can just go spend my money at Innes street where they are much friendlier and treat you like you matter. Do better.

I will not be back very unsatisfied.
