- MSMatt Singer5 days ago1.0Ordered pizza and cheesy garlic bread via the app. Pickup time was 5:38-5:48. Walked in to a lobby full of people waiting for their orders. Staff was overwhelmed, and most likely short staffed, making it impossible for anyone to acknowledge customers, other than to call out the orders when they were complete. I finally got my order at 6:05. The cheesy garlic bread was horrible, and far too crispy on the edges to bite into. The pizza was horrendous, and barely had any of the toppings we ordered (mushrooms and onions). We literally threw all of it in the garbage. I get that employees can’t control how fast orders get out when they are short staffed. The app shouldn’t have told me incorrect pickup times, which isn’t the fault of staff. The food being garbage, however, falls on those preparing it. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I called the Southport location and the manager 'Zoey' was super kind, and forgiving and didn't once hesitate to refund me my money because of my mistake... I truly appreciate it!!!

No discount. No offer to make it right just that I wouldnt be charged a second time. Im pissed and will never order from the long beach rd store again. This is crazy. Im about to reheat food that should have come hot the first time and wash it down with tap water.
