  My fiancée and I went through the drive-thru early this evening. She ordered Bo-size fries, a cobbler, and a chicken sandwich. Upon approaching the window we were greeted by a very rude worker with black hair. He made us aware they were out of the cobbler. We asked for it to be replaced by a boberry biscuit. He forgot the biscuit and there were hardly any fries in the so called “BoSize” fry, When we brought this to his attention he made us more miserable than his life is.

  Food was bad. Tasted like it had been made in the morning and sat there till they gave it to us for dinner. The girl who gave us our order was very friendly but the AI ordering was painful and took 4 times longer than it would have if she just did it.

  Waited 10 minutes to order, 10 minutes more to pick up food. No tops for drink. Trash cans full and running over.

  Bojangles Southport continues to decline in service. Ownership or Regional management should address this restaurant. I waited for 15 minutes this past Sunday inside, no one took my order. One time I was told someone will be with you. People in line behind me just left after long wait. NC sanitation grade is now 91.5. I sincerely hope a responsible party at Bojangles will address the poor service at the Southport location.
