Both of the pizza’s were dry, hardly had any pizza sauce on them. The whole bundle meal was a complete disappointment and horrible! I used to love Pizza Hut years ago, I will NEVER order from here again! The wings were the only thing that was okay. Minus 10 stars!

As a first-time mom (and honestly, just a mom in general), moments like this mean more than words can express. I placed an online order and, on the way to pick it up, my baby finally fell asleep. Once I arrived, I called the store to check if my order was ready because I didn’t want to be away from my sleeping child for too long. Rich let me know it wasn’t quite ready yet but would only be a few more minutes. I explained that I might call back to check again because of my sleeping baby, and he completely understood. A few minutes later, to my surprise, I saw Rich walking out with what looked like my order. I stepped out of my car, and he asked my name. When I confirmed it was mine, he handed me the order and said it had just come out and that he didn’t want me to have to worry about leaving my child. I cannot express how much that simple act of kindness meant to me. Rich went above and beyond, and he truly made my night.
