  The food and service are excellent. For a chain, the burgers are the best. The meat is fresh, and the fries are amazing (always cut fresh, in store).

  My son asked where I wanted to go for my birthday, and I chose this place. From the time we walked in until we headed out the door, it was a pleasant visit. We were greeted upon entering, and the guy taking our order was super friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't wait long for our food, and it was soo delicious! I finished my entire burger, which I rarely do. The only issue was with the drinks. I’m not sure what was going on with their drink machine, but we tried several different sodas and they all had a very strong seltzer taste with barely any soda flavor. I ended up switching to tea, which also tasted a bit off, but no biggie. I'm sure it was just an off day or an easy fix with their batch. When we were leaving, the same employee thanked us and wished us a great day. Customer service isn't what it used to be these days, so when a business gets it right, they deserve to be recognized for it. We'll definitely be back!!

  Please read!!! I organize a golf trip every year and this year we have 16 guys to play in Southern Pines. I used an app called EZ Cater to line up a burger bar to be delivered to our rental house. I set this up months in advance. Seemed simple enough. It was to be delivered at 8:30, but I was surprised when I got a call at 8 from the manager at this Five Guys, Daniel (I think) He asks if this order is real because it JUST came into their system. EZ Cater had the info for months but didn't put the order into the restaurant until 30 minutes before delivery. Do you know how much work goes prepping 20 burgers with every single topping option?!? Daniel tells me they will work as fast as they can but it won't arrive by 8:30. I say I completely understand and ask they let me know when it is on the way. What I didn't know when I ordered this was that each and every topping would be in INDIVIDUAL packages!!! We had 20 ketchup, 20 mustard, 20 bbq sauce, 20 mayo, etc. etc. etc. All I could think about when I saw all these packages is just how hard these folks at Five Guys must have worked to get this out to us so quickly. We got the food at 9:30, meaning they put all this together and out the door in 1 hour!!!! They should have had all day to prep this, but no EZ Cater is just a dumb app with no human beings and no ability for critical thinking. My fault for trusting EZ Cater, but Daniel and his team saved me. I can't thank this team enough for working so hard that night. Daniel called me when the food left the store and apologized profusely. He had no need to be sorry, I think he stepped up huge that night. We got the food and my guys loved it, it was all delicious! I wish I hadn't inadvertently put them in this position, but I was endlessly grateful they made it work.

  Good burgers and fries as always. Was one of the cleanest Five Guys I’d been to.

  Food was good, service excellent. However, a single bacon cheeseburger @$14.19. Add med fries and drink, now $26? Not that good. So, it was way over priced. Won't go back. There are other chains as good, not as much!
