  I'm truly disappointed how much chipotle has went down. Food basic, friendly service is none existent, food line always messy. And they are ALWAYS out of something.

  This Chipotle needs a management overhaul. I was in getting a burrito and asked for half and half meat options. The kid barely scooped a collective half serving in of both- yes, the two meats were a half serving total- and passed it down. I don’t normally like to fuss so I kept quiet but my girlfriend made a comment that I’d need more chicken because they barely gave me any meat. I got another half service tossed on top by some lady who we later learned was the manager. We went to pay and they charged me for 1.5 servings of meat and then another serving on top of that. For those of you doing the math that’s 2.5 servings when 1/2+1/2+ 1/2 is 1.5. I tried to explain to the cashier what happened and that they repeatedly shorted us and it was really a 1.5 serving and the girl said “well she’s a manager so we have to charge what she says.” I was shocked to hear that the manager would rather be that stingy after a valid complaint to charge extra that we paid and immediately left. In my line of work, if I short change people, they could get seriously injured or worse. And this manager probably makes more money than I do per hour. And instead of customer satisfaction they chose to flaunt their “rank” and basically say “too bad, bye.” If I were Chipotle, I’d consider retraining or replacing this individual. Yea, customers can abuse service, but when you just disregard them because you feel like it and don’t care is when it’s apparent you are too full of yourself to be helping others. Especially when you work in a place where you have plenty of military and first responders and medical personnel - you never know what others do for you but you sure as heck short what you do for them. We will be sticking to Sanford once it opens as we were told the best of Southern Pines went that way.

  One quick way to get food poisoning is to eat a chipotle, especially when they trying to clean that counter.Oh, my god, that girl dropped every piece of rice every grain up in the beans, and then he dipped the spoon in and served the beans on a shell.Someone is gonna die eating their food up.In this place, the way they're trying to clean it chipotle.You have got to do better.You need a health department inspection

  This is honestly one of the worst chipotles me and my partner have been to not only are they rude but they skimp on food my partner ordered half and half. And got charged for double when there was no meat barley on the burrito…not to mention the restaurant was not clean at all
