- LBLove Bella3 days ago1.0Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The floors were extremely dirty, the trash can was overflowing, and there was food scattered everywhere. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was not what you would expect. The service was also very sloppy, and the attitude from some of the employees made the experience even worse. On top of that, the food was being prepared and served very carelessly. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but cleanliness, customer service, and basic attention to detail should still matter. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously, because there is definitely room for improvement.
