  This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been to. Their portion sizes are laughably small, it’s always a huge mess inside (tables are never clean, food spilling out of it’s container and into other food containers behind the counter and the drink station is beyond disgusting), they constantly mess up online pick-up orders by not putting what I had ordered or adding ingredients I never clicked on. This location is definitely not the same quality from any other Chipotle’s and I’d highly recommend not eating here.

  I have been to this location more than 10 times in the last 6 months. I always get a chicken burrito bowl. I have had food that was scorched, super salty, soured, very small portions and missing stuff because they are out of it. Sometimes, all of those. Not sure why I keep trying except that 2x now I have gotten great food & it's close to home. Not good odds. Different times, different days but doesn't seem to matter. Other locations, I've been to, are good like I expect. Please fix this!

  I’ve been to this chipotle multiple times and have had two of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went and asked for a bag of chips at checkout and the person working the checkout line acted like I was asking for a free meal. They were all out of chips, and without a word he left and went to the back. He didn’t return for what seemed like twenty minutes. Mind you I am holding my toddler this whole time who is struggling and wanting to get down while I haven’t even paid. The line was getting so long as people were waiting behind us and not one worker came over to help at the register. Someone came up and asked me where he went and I told them I had no idea as I’m fighting and struggling to hold my baby. I told them to just forget the chips and asked if I could please just pay to leave. The next time they were all out of chicken and there were a lot of people waiting. I’ve noticed the meat portions are very small and on the counters there was food and sauce everywhere. We were looking for a place to sit, but the inside is so small that maybe four families can eat inside at a time so we just took it and left. My husband said he will not be back.

  They had no plain white rice...not good on a Sunday at 1pm to be out of plain white rice. What a disappointment! We've never had a problem before.

  I have ordered here 71 times according to my credit card records. I also frequent another Chipotle location, that is not too far away. For reference, I have been a chipotle customer at least for 10 years. I am very thankful we have a Chipotle in Moore county, but compared to the adjacent location, the Southern Pines location has room for improvement. 1. The Guacamole is essentially always sour in Southern Pines. I do not know if it is made the day prior, or if they add too much lime juice to preserve it, but it is mediocre at best. This is not consistent with the Chipotle standard, in my opinion. If the owner is reading this, please revise your methods. 2. I do not know if I am ordering wrong, but for some reason the drive-thru orders never include the plastic fork. The other location that I frequent almost always includes it. 3. I could rant about meager portion sizes, but this is a modern problem across the organization, as far as I can tell (also, see reddit). Southern Pines is no worse. I recall the good ol' days of the 2010s; if only everyone else knew... 4. If you arrive at off-peak hours, do not expect immediate inventory of all the proteins. That said, this is probably reasonable if you cannot predict customer numbers in our growing neighborhood, and if you want to have high quality foods. If portions slip and prices go up, I will probably buy less frequently or stop altogether. As for the sour guacomole, I will always try to patronize your other location if I can, because of this shortcoming. I should add that the staff at this location is great. Very kind, personable, and super customer friendly.
