  Customer service sucks, I was ordered to give the guy my card. Told what I was going to do. . Not can you please or any type of common courtesy. food was great however this is the first time I've ever had Customer service this bad in an Arby's company. My family frequently eat at the Arby's in Asheboro NC on Dixie Drive and never experience bad service.

  No drive thru is ever going to get everything right all the time, but I have had great experiences at this location more frequently than not! I'm not sure if the name of the employee on the receipt is who I actually interacted with on the speaker and at the window, but if so, Zuri! Very pleasant and personable in a short exchange of conversation, and this has been twice now. Zuri is a new face for me there...keep this employee! Kind enough for me to make me come to google to leave my first fast food review to try and return the kindness❤️
