  JJ is a light! We all know (and hate) the McDonald’s Friday evening rush. But in the midst of the customer chaos and calamity, there’s JJ obviously going above and beyond to accomplish clear communication and recover lost orders. What could have been an annoying dinner encounter, was barely a blip on my radar due to JJ’s kindness and work ethic. Thank you.

  Saw multiple issues with mobile/doordash orders. My mobile order was charged, but the store didn't receive my order despite the app showing the correct location and an order code for pickup. Mcdonalds corporate needs to get this fixed, the employees can only do so much. They rung me up at the register and got my order out within 5 minutes after they realized the issue

  I ordered on the mobile app, I get here my food isn’t ready I have to wait 5-8 mins . Then I ask for a ranch mind you I had 6 nuggets . I was told that the manager said that’s 31 cents . Why do I have to pay for a singular ranch ? 31 cents ? This location irritates me .

  I've never written a bad review on anything in my life. But this Sneads Ferry McDonald's needs to be shut down or something. Most rude, unprofessional, lazy staff I've ever come across. 5-15 min wait on anything you order, no matter the time of day. As a mom with kids in sports at night, fast food should not be an inconvenience.

  Came to get some breakfast around 10. Not terribly busy inside or in the drive thru, but every single one of the tables were filthy, covered in food, and our order was messed up. Employees just piddling. Very disappointing experience even for a place where expectations weren't super high to begin with.
