  This is the 2nd we have ever ate at sonic we tried it in another city while out of town that one we treat ourselves to a shake at the end of the day as we go out of town to that location alot last time we order the 7 hamburger meal.so I ask my husband to go to the one here where we live. He went in placed his order lady came back with change and he said wait I order two of those meals she snapped at him that they were short handed only 3 people working. Ok he gets back here the bag smell of onion rings which is not what he order. The hamburger was under cooked fries one was cooked one was half cooked and smell like onion rings then the nuggets well they went in the trash. I understand be short on staff but that is no reason to send out food like that. Thanks for the experience. Needless to say wont be back to this location. I dont tolerate rudeness or poor service when it comes to food.

  The burger my husband ordered did not come with the lettuce and tomato like the picture shows on the menu. By the time I went to ask for ketchup the person that dropped off our food had already walked off. The food was not hot enough and it was not worth the money this visit.

  Don’t buy the ice coffee here if you like to get what you pay for. I was given 95% ice and 5 % coffee and it tastes like coffee water. The manager nonchalantly yet honestly told us that it goes by a company fill line which is a full cup of ice. So they’re charging you for a large and giving you a small unfortunately. Go to anywhere else where they will give you your money worth and not rob you and be proud about it.
