  Have been a couple of times in the last year. First time was not great but just assumed it was because they were short handed. Last time was a week ago on a Thursday night. As soon as we walked in (5 of us), we were told to come to the counter. The lady at the register proceeded to tell us they had no ice and that we would have to order from the counter. So no ice (which could have been easily remedied by picking up some bags of ice) and two, we can't even have a waitress come to the table. The staff there all stared at us, apparently hoping we would leave. We said if they didn't have ice, we would just go to Pizza Inn. No apologies, no solutions, they just waited for us to leave. So sad. Needless to say, we will not be back.

  I went in yesterday and ordered some wings. They told me the fryer was down and I couldn’t make the wings.. I asked for a personal paying pizza and I sat down to eat. I pay for my food and drink drinks.. I asked the waitress if I could get my drink. The service was horrible. I asked for crushed peppers and Parmesan cheese and she told me I had to get up and get it myself.. The service is horrible. The waitress are rude. Somebody needs to call corporate and report them.. I would not recommend family or friends not to eat there simply fact that the people are rude

  Never again food is trash the worst Pizza Hut ..pizza wasn’t all the way done and way to much cheese on the pizza

  A young woman told me my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting more than 20 minutes, it still wasn't ready. When I politely asked about my order, another employee responded in a very cold and rude manner, saying, "Wait, it will be ready." The customer service was disrespectful and unprofessional. I had already paid for my order but never received the pizza I paid for, so I left without it. I will not be returning.
