  They forgot us for 30 mins and we had to remind them. They then got the order wrong but they tried to gaslight us that it was supposed to be like that.

  Twelve minutes to get order, nothing special. Happy meal and fiilet of fish which was over cooked like for hours,dark brown. They wern't even busy

  They only had one Kiosk working but the girl at the register was on top of the issue and expedited all orders quickly.

  In all honesty, this McDonalds has gone down hill. Each time I have addressed things that need to be cleaned up, the worker acts as if he is too good to clean it. The dining area by drinks are always sticky and trash overfilled. The playroom is a constant mess. While the worker was told to clean up the mess, he picked up the paper from the straws and lids that were everywhere but did not attempt to wipe anything down where tea and other drinks were spilled. He never washed his hands afterwards because shortly after cleaning up, he went to the register to ring up other customers. Last straw on the camels back was while refilling drinks and turned to walk toward the door..I almost slipped and twisted the same knee I had surgery on. It seemed to have been something super slippery such as juice or grease. I truly believe this place can do better if they actually cared to keep it maintained and cleaned. Years ago, you wouldn’t see or imagine it being disgusting. Now, it’s a big disappointment.
