  Overrated even at a 3.4. Would not recommend eating here at all. Food is always cold, never made to order and service is average or below at best. Have went in to eat and also ordered and it is never right and almost always cold it’s like we are getting the scraps from what is left over.

  They have really good cheeseburgers and wings. It's always clean and good atmosphere. You can never go wrong by choosing BWW!

  my family placed a togo order and my mom wanted to have a drink while we waited for our food, our sever walked past our table without acknowledging us for 20 minutes which really upset my family when we finally flagged down another employee who let us know she was finishing up her shift but would help us get drinks and make sure our order came out correctly as it was messed up last time . When we were leaving I asked the girl who took care of us who our server (Morgan) was supposed to be so I could leave a review. I hope this isn’t how she treats all guests that come into her section. Dee took great care of us and we will be back to see her soon.

  The waitress was perfect!!! But they gave our food to another table so we had to wait an extra thirty mins . So only half table got to eat . We was there a hour before we got waited on . No fault of the waitress . Worst experience ever . We will not be back !!!!

  Sat down and ordered a beer and they were out. Bartender didn't recommend anything else and I ended up with a water. Ordered wings that came out and were dry and chewy. The bartender never came back to check on me or my food. Never checked to see if I wanted a different beer or even refill my water. After I was done I asked if I could have napkins to which she had a genuine look of surprise on her face when she realized she hadn't given me any silverware and napkins or anything. The bartenders were friendly enough to other customers just not very attentive. And the food was not good. As I was paying my bill she asked me how everything was but that I didn't have the energy.
