  The dining room is dirty. There’s something sticky that was spilled on the floor. The lids were not stocked. The fries were half filled. I told Jahiara, the employee who took my order and was very rude. She had an attitude the whole time. I told her I had an allergy to sesame and needed regular bun. She ignored me, when I asked again, she responded they are regular buns. I got my order and there were sesame seeds on the actual roast beef. Clearly they want to pay for medical bills. When my name was called to get my trays of food I thanked them, and she looked and gave no response. I wouldn’t suggest eating here. They are very rude, horrible customer service. Fire them and get a new crew!!!!!

  On the way back home from a lil weekend getaway and the boss lady says she would like Arbys. No problem. We pull into this one and go on in and order. The cashier, Sherry, could NOT have been any nicer. She made us actually feel at home. Was NOT expecting the food to be brought to our table either...what a bonus@. Everything was as ordered, hot, and fresh. Albeit a smidge far from where we live, I would DEFINITELY recommend this one to anyone traveling the I-95 N/S corridor and if you're around the Smithfield area exits 95-97!

  I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the sandwich that comes with the French au jus sauce. The buns on the sandwich were basically completely black on the inside of both top and bottom. I ordered two cherry turnovers and only received one. No auju or French dip came with that sandwich, the Classic French DIP & Swiss. The only sauce they put in was the Arby's original sauce in two packets. I've never had this experience before but I definitely feel taken for granted.

  I have never been more disappointed with a meal. This was a delivery order, meaning I paid extra fees and a tip, only to be left with a completely botched, inedible dinner. I ordered a French Dip sandwich, which was sent completely dry without any dipping sauce whatsoever, completely defeating the purpose of the sandwich. For the second item, a massive half-pound sandwich, they only included a single packet of Arby's sauce. One packet for a half-pound of meat is ridiculous. To top it off, the Jamocha shake didn't even have the chocolate drizzle, had practically zero whipped cream, and tasted like plain vanilla. The staff clearly put zero care into checking this bag before it went out the door. Total waste of money.
