  WOW when I drove through that window I expected a casual normal little coffee shop but I sure was suprised when my eyes widened from the amazingness of this coffee shop. It had a new generation type of atmosphere, and even better service. Mia Azul Cavialarrio was awesome and made the whole experience feel welcoming in a nice ✨charming✨ kinda of way. She was lighthearted, helpful, and somehow managed to make getting coffee feel like a five-star dining experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The coffee was very solid too, which is usually an important part of a coffee shop.✌🏿😂🥀 Definitely a place I’d come back to. Mia deserves a raise, or at least a really good cup of coffee.✨😂😂🥀🥀🥀✌🏿✌🏿🤙🏿👄✨

  Ella at 7 Brew was absolutely amazing!! She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made my experience so much better. She had such a positive attitude, was super helpful, and made sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about giving great customer service and making people feel welcome. Her energy was contagious, and she definitely represents what makes 7 Brew such a fun place to visit. Give Ella all the recognition—she deserves it!!

  I just have to rave about this location! From the moment they opened and started offering free drinks, they have brought so much happiness and joy to our community and the surrounding communities. The customer service, quality of the drinks, and the way we’ve been able to see management and leadership step in to support their staff have all been incredible. Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, and professional, making it such a great experience every single time I visit. Leslie, along with so many of the other staff members, has been absolutely wonderful. They are respectful, professional, and consistently provide exceptional customer service. All of these things are exactly why I continue to come back time and time again—often several times a week! This location has truly created such a positive and welcoming environment, and I’m so grateful to have them as part of our community. Keep up the amazing work!

  I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Kaylin! She was seriously the sweetest and made my morning so much better. She greeted me with such a genuine smile, was so kind, and had the best personality. You never know what kind of day someone is having, and sometimes a little kindness goes a long way. Kaylin is definitely one of those people who can brighten your day without even realizing it. 💙 Great customer service is one thing, but making someone leave with a smile is something special. 7 Brew is very lucky to have her! Kaylin, keep being you—you’re doing an amazing job! ☕️🫶🏼

  Why do I LOVE 7 Brew in Smithfield, NC? It’s simple…. They have amazing drinks, they have exceptional customer service, && they LOVE talking to each customer that comes through, making it a personable experience every time. Today— Leslie wrote a sweet note on my drink, a few weeks back- one of the baristas wrote a special note on top of my lid. If they mess up a drink, they own it and remake it or make you something else if you don’t like what you got. So yea- slide through @ Smithfield 7 Brew. Xoxo- Your #1 Regular- Erica 🤍
