  After a long day of traveling, my family decided to stop at the Siler City Sonic. We placed our order online and when we arrived and checked in for pickup it said our order would be out at 7:26pm. When we pressed the red button to notify staff we arrived, the employee told us that the order would be right out. We WAITED.....We WAITED....and We WAITED. During that WAITING period, we watched more than 10 vehicles go through the drive-thru and several other cars pull into stalls, order and receive their food before us. After WAITING for 20 minutes, we pressed the little red button again. A different employee answered and said, "Oh, its coming right out..." After 5 more minutes of WAITING, our food finally arrived. Unfortunately, by then our milkshakes were melted, and the food was lukewarm. It honestly felt like our order had simply been forgotten about until we reminded them that we were there. The most frustrating part is that we ordered ahead of time to save time, but it ended up taking longer than if we had just gone through the drive-thru. Mistakes happen, but better communications and checking on waiting customers would have made a big difference! This was a disappointing experience after a long day of traveling...will not be visiting this location again!

  Once again our order is messed up. My wife placed our order on line and I went to pick it up. As usual they can't understand the name on the intercom . It should be you say pick up and someone come out and get the name . I spoke to 2 people waited 10min more called again on the intercom and asked if my order was ready it came then . The girl who carried it out was awesome very nice and friendly. Got home our order was no way near what we ordered. The name on the bag was right but not the order. I had the leave for work soon or else I would took it back.

  Went to this branch at 03/30/2026 for lunch. Very rude staff. Refused to take a go play save coupons which are honored by their corporate. I have used go play save there many times. Staff was very condescending with eye rolling and all. Wouldn't trust to eat anything they would prepare due to risk of them doing something to it. Retraining is definitely needed. Judging by the other reviews others had a similar experience. Most of the staff are teens with attitudes and act like they want to fight or argue with you. Highly aggressive and extremely rude.
