  Went there yesterday-ordered the chicken sandwich combo tots and half/half tea. After ordering a lady came out and said sorry, we don't have any tea-do you want a coke product. We said no just water. OK. A different lady came out and brought our food-still charged for a tea we asked about that-with an attitude she went and took the tea charge off. I opened my chicken sandwich-it was hot but it was so BROWN and it had the smell of burnt OIL. So then the taste was the taste of old/burnt oil. And you know that the cooks could have smelled that. At this time we had left. Sad when Sonic is fresh it is delicious, but when they do short cuts like yesterday it isn't good and keeps you from not wanting to go back. Tots were ok luke warm. My husband asked for a hamburger no lettuce but with mustard and onions-he got no lettuce. It is like they don't care and don't pay attention. It would be nice if you are going to pay to have food that the food is good and the people that cook it and wait on you cared.

  Nasties hamburger I ever had. Probably was brown meat berofre they cooked it.

  Forgot tots and the burger tasted like it had been sitting for a whole day absolutely disgusting food

  Love this patio- off the road enough for the kids to run around and service is always so great!

  We visit Sonic twice a month sometimes more. This Sonic is our favorite. Usually it has good service and food. Sometimes it can change I guess it may be an employee issue, but for the most part we are happy.
