  20 min for 1 burger, guy that was there was hustling as hard as he could. You need more people working.

  My family and I ordered and everything was fine until they brought out my food. They prepared 3 cups fine but the fourth cup looked a mess(old or left out) It’s a hand mixed, Oreo, chocolate large (oreder 2) - it was like a milkshake when I got it - literally like 2 tp of whip cream on top. Just enough to fit the cherry. Maybe there wasn’t enough whip cream? Looked nothing like the advertise photo Off of appearance I didn’t want it. I drove around to the drive-through window and expressed my feelings while talking I noticed her clothes, she was the manager. she had on a gray outfit, not dressed like the rest of them in blue and blue jeans. The manager replied back to me that’s how it was supposed to be and that it shouldn’t look like my first cup with full whip cream, Oreo crumbs and a cherry on top. That you could see threw the clear top. I asked to return it and tried to hand the cup back. The manager refused and said it’s policy not to take the cup back. And the best she could do for me was put my topping in another cup. Instead of just fixing my cup. I asked for a replacement and that made her really upset and asked me to pull forward (i did) and waited about 5 minutes for an employee to bring another and it looked better but still milky and she took the other cup back no problem. I was scared to eat it due to staff behavior and will not be returning.
