  The worst service. Ordered a pan crust and was given handtossed. I was given someone else’s order for my second pizza. The wings was not 8 pc. This place has went downhill in the past 2 weeks. Workers stand outside to smoke and hang out, while 2 work in the kitchen. No need to mention NO ONE WANTS TO HELP YOU CHECK OUT! The wait area is dirty and someones kid was running in the kitchen.

  Date Wed August 28,2021. We ordered a deep dish and wings. The pizza had to be ordered 3 different times. The manager was very polite, no issues there. The issue is that the pizza's that we got were nothing close to the deep dish crust. This crust looked like a standard pizza crust. Soft and plyable like a regular pizza. I fear that they were not using enough oil in the pan. I called another pizza hut and explained the issue. They said that it sounded like they were not putting enough oil in the deep dish pan. Normally 3 servings of oil is used from the pizza hut dispenser into the deep dish pan. The oven has to be hot enough to basically fry the dough as it is baking. If enough oil is not used the crust will basically be like a regular pizza. I think this is the issue at hand not enough oil or not a high enough temp, or a combination of both. This is the first issue I have ever had at this store. Again, the manager was very polite. Hopefully the issue will be corrected and the great deep dish pizza that has been enjoyed for so long from Siler City Pizza Hut can be enjoyed again.

  Pizza was hot. I ordered a number of pizzas and each was made correct. Staff was friendly.

  Overpriced for delivery less than 1 mile (LITERALLY across the street)!!
