Very clean, amazing customer service, the food is always perfect and spot on. They season their fries to perfection. We eat inside and the employees always make sure you are taken care of. Thank you staff for all that you do!

The supremes with honey mustard or barbecue sauce are great! The seasoning on the fries is also amazing! If you want something sweeter you can’t go wrong with a Bo-Berry biscuit. Overall, Bojangles is one of the best fast food options for fried chicken and biscuits.

They insist on including the drink as part of the dinner but do not provide a paper cup holder tray for the drinks. So now twice I have had a drink dump in the the floorboard. The cups are cheap and the top does not fit securely which further worsens the situation. Don't think I will be going thru the drive thru again.

It stated on the receipt that if you filled out the Survey and carried the receipt from the past meal purchase then you would get the Buy One Get One Free Sausage Biscuit deal. Well, we carried both receipts with us this morning and they made a huge issue out of it and refused to honor the deal. Thanks for a great start to our friday! Won’t be putting effort into your surveys again.
