  I was absolutely livid when I went to pick up my online order I placed at 10:03AM for breakfast and was told when I got there that they would not make my order because they were serving lunch, mind you that it was only 10:20AM when I got there to pick up my order. I asked why it couldn't be made because it was 10:30AM to 11:00AM when breakfast is still served. The lady gave me attitude and said she can't have it made. Not one sorry and was still charged for the order and ended up having to place another order for lunch. I have never had a mcdonalds tell me that they can't serve breakfast before the time cut off, and once i got my lunch items, the burgers were super dry. And super greasy bacon that tasted horrible. Will not be going back.

  Goodluck getting an employees to talk to you - it’s like a ghost town at the register They’ll stare at you from the back but never come to take an order.

  Messed up a McDouble about 10 times now. How hard is it to understand that I want something made EXACTLY how I say?! If I say, NO PICKLE, NO MUSTARD, THAT MEANS I WANT DICED ONIONS, BECAUSE IT COMES ON IT AND I DIDNT TELL YOU NOT TO PUT IT. IT DOES NOT MEAN PLAIN AND YOU AREN’T “doing me a favor” BY MAKING IT “plain”! AND IF I COME BACK ASKING FOR THEM, WHY WOULD YOU GIVE ME DIFFERENT ONIONS?! You should already know which onions go on a McDouble! Your employees are negligent at this point. I quite literally deserve like 10 free McDoubles, because that’s how many you have messed up. And I’m not exaggerating. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has gotten out of hand.

  Didn't know a McSingle was a menu option, considering I know I ordered a McDouble. Do yourself a favor, avoid getting the wrong food and just go across the street to Cookout. If you insist on dining here, check your bag. Odds are your order is wrong.

  I called them and I've always been self conscious of my voice because it is more kid like anyways I called and asked if they did accept cash when they deliver and the worker said you sound way too young to be using doordash"and then immediately hung up.This is horrible customer service.
